Where do you ship?

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the Netherlands.
When can I expect my order?
EU orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order (Excluding holidays and weekends).
EU Shipping Info - All EU orders are normally shipped out within 24-48 hours (Excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship the next business day.
EU Deliveries can take anywhere from 1 - 10 working days based on location and customs.
* For shipping outside the EU, timing is approximate given there are no customs clearance delays. If you need your order before the estimated delivery time, please contact us at eubrandshop@iff.com and we will do our best to meet your firm in-hands date.
How can I track my order?
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order. Alternatively, please reach out to iff@zagwear.com
Can I ship to more than one location?
We can ship to more than one location but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.
